What is our complaint procedure?

If you are not completely satisfied with one of our products or our service we would like to know this as soon as possible, so we can respond appropriately.

If you have a complaint about our products or our service, you can contact us via our contact form, by phone: +31 20 405 85 60, or by email: contact@otenticperfumes.com. You can also send your complaint to our mailing address: attn: customer service Otentic Perfumes, Hoeksteen 57, 2132 MT HOOFDDORP, THE NETHERLANDS.

We will respond within 14 days. Are you not satisfied with the handling of your complaint? Then you can submit it to the Dispute Committee Thuiswinkel, Postbus 90600, 2509 LP in The Hague. You can also submit your complaint to the Disputes Committee via the European ODR Platform.
