Not at home?

If your package is delivered in the Netherlands or Belgium and you are not at home, PostNL delivers the package to the neighbors or it will be delivered again the next day. You can also choose a new delivery time yourself via PostNL. You will receive a message from PostNL about how it works in your letterbox. In countries outside the Netherlands and Belgium this will be done in the same way, this depends on the carrier in your country.
